Fees Payable by Adjudicators
1. Administrative Fee
A fee is payable by an Adjudicator to CanDACC for each adjudication (the “Administrative Fee”). The Administrative Fee is 40 percent of the amount paid by the Parties.
2. Qualification Examination Fee
A fee of $250 plus applicable taxes is payable to CanDACC by adjudicator applicants to have their application for a Certificate to adjudicate reviewed by CanDACC.
3. Training Fees
A fee of $995 plus applicable taxes will be payable to CanDACC by adjudicator applicants for the Program.
A fee of $200 plus applicable taxes will be payable by each Adjudicator to CanDACC for an online “refresher” continuing education training program each year. The refresher program must be completed every year by certified adjudicators.
